尾瀬の郷・片品村の日帰り温泉にある地産地消レストラン
片品村の美味しい野菜を使ったメニュー、地粉の手打ちそばなど、地元の食材をなるべく使用しています。 野菜は、併設の直売所から毎朝仕入れた新鮮なものを使用し、そばは地元のそば職人がそばの栽培から手がけ、その都度石臼で挽いた香りの高いそば粉を使って打っています。 時期により、季節野菜を使ったパスタやピザ、山菜料理などのメニューも登場します。 調味料も天然塩や有機醤油など、こだわって使用しています。
