店主の「地元の伊香保に、1つのカルチャーを作りたい」という思いが、水沢うどんと並ぶ名物になるようにと名付けられた「伊香保タンメン」(1100円)は縮れ麺と絡む濃厚なスープは豆板醤、酢、ニンニクで、自分好みの味変可能。

伊香保を訪れ、足湯や温泉に浸かった後にふらりと寄り道。そんな名物居酒屋になる予感。
