あまりの美味しさに言葉を失ってしまう佐賀牛ステーキをはじめ、 |
広島の夜、2軒めにと友人が連れて行ってくれたお店。
店の外にはお茶目な看板。ダルマをイメージしたフォルムですが、お顔がハンサム。
腰まであろうかと思われるような、大きな暖簾をかき分けお店の中へ。
カウンター席。カウンターにはショーケースが置かれ、美味しそうなお肉のブロックが目の前に。
おでんも仕込まれています。
ビールと串物をいくつか頼み、友人と談笑。辺りを見ると、常連さんばかりの様子。地元の方に愛されているお店なんですね。
〆にラーメンを注文。
スープは濃いめの黄金色。豚骨醤油です。
麺は細麺ストレート。茹で加減も私好み。少し硬めで喉ごしもいいです。具はメンマ、モヤシ、ネギ、チャーシュー。チャーシューは脂のりも良く、柔らかい。
既に胡椒が入っているところが面白い。
居酒屋で出てくるものとは思えない完成されたラーメン。美味しかったです。
