広島B級グルメの個人的No. 1はホルモン天ぷらですが、それが味わえる店も少なくなってます。今回は江波のこの店にて堪能させて頂きます。あとはラーメンと鶏皮せんじを頂きます。ホルモン天ぷらは他の地域にもあるけど、包丁一本、まな板一枚出されて、天ぷらをセルフで切るシステムって広島だけですよね。ラーメンは、さすがの原田製麺！！甘い豚骨醤油スープと相まってウマウマやね。鶏皮せんじはスナック感覚で。ビールやハイボールがオススメです^_^
