広島電鉄宇品線の宇品三丁目電停のすぐ目の前にある創業５６年になるお店で、いつも満席の人気店です。
開店直後に行ってみると何とか座る事が出来ました。
いつものようにビールからですが今日は「瓶ビール」をもらいました、こちらの瓶ビールは大瓶です。
はじめに注文したのは「豚耳」￥５５０です。
二人前はあります、こちらは２、３人でつまむと丁度いいという感じでCPがいいです。
塩胡椒で味はついているのですがタレを出してくれますのでそちらを使うほうがおいしいです。
二品目はこちらの店名になっている餃子を食べる事にしました。
注文したのは「焼き餃子」で１２個入りが￥６００です。
餡がたっぷりと入っていて１２個入りで￥６００ですからこちらもCPがいいです。
普通なら餃子ですから瓶ビールをもう一本というのが普通ですが飲んでみたいお酒がいくつかあり、その中から「鳳凰美田」茨城県を飲むことにしました。
周りのお客さんが食べていた店が〆にすすめている昔ながらの「しょうゆとんこつラーメン」を最後に食べる事にしました。
スープがさっぱりとしていて昔ながらの中華そばという感じです、そして量も多いです。
しっかりと食べて飲んだ後にはこのくらいの味が丁度いいのかもしれません。
今回はコスパの良さそうな物に拘って注文してみましたが、日本酒だけは飲んでみたかったので一番高い物を飲んで全部で3,245円（税込）でした。
店主と店主のお母さんの他に若い男女の従業員が4人の全部で6人体制ですので、サービスも行き届いています。
そしてこちらの一番の名物はやっぱり「お母さん」だと思います、店先でいつも餃子を包んでいます、そして状況を見ては餃子を焼いています。
