Japan's most delicious meat pasta (890 yen) Visited for dinner. I visited the store right after it opened and was the first one in. I took a seat at the counter at the back of the store and looked at the menu. I ordered the most delicious meat pasta in Japan while enjoying rare sashimi of chicken liver, bean sprouts and ginger namul along with a soft drink. The container that arrived had the words Tokyo MEAT Bar engraved on it. The method of serving, the recommended eating method, the unique flavor of the jalapeños, and the tomato soup topping are all the same, so it's great to be able to enjoy the taste of Asakusabashi's famous restaurant in Hiroshima. Since the sauce is at the bottom of the bowl, when you cover it with noodles it gives the impression that it stands out in pure white, but at the same time, you can eat just the noodles as is. Along with a slight cheese flavor, you can also feel the sweet taste of wheat. The chewy and elastic texture is the best. When mixed together, the color changes all at once, allowing you to enjoy the texture of coarsely ground meat and the rich flavor of the meat sauce. If you add the jalapeno garnish halfway through, the sour and spiciness will spread and the meat sauce will have a refreshing taste. At the end, I left a little bit of the noodles and added the tomato soup, making it a mini soup pasta and eating it completely. The acidity that lingers is irresistibly delicious. The chicken liver served as an appetizer is moist yet has just the right amount of elasticity, and the flavor of the sesame oil spreads along with the exquisite texture, making it a masterpiece. Best to go with alcohol.
