広島市内では数少ない府中焼き専門店です。特製ミンチの脂で麺ははパリッと、中のキャベツはふんわりとした食感。水分を出すもやしを入れずに焼くので、特製ミンチ肉の濃厚な旨みとキャベツ本来の甘みを楽しむことができます。
府中焼き以外にもメニュー豊富な鉄板焼きやこだわりの地酒も多数ご用意。
