土曜の昼過ぎに娘と訪問。店に入って左の券売機は、ラーメンの種類を選択し、その後に濃さや量やトッピングを選択するタイプ。1番人気の濃厚鶏白湯焦がしニンニク入りラーメンを全部乗せの特製で発券。店内は手前にテーブル席と段を上がってカウンターがあり、手前のテーブルに着席。食券を渡して数分で着丼。
ニンニクが香る小ぶりの丼は、濁った茶色スープにチャーシューが並び大判海苔2枚と煮卵一個に青ネギと玉ねぎ。
スープはトロっとして脂が塩味に加わりコッテリ感を出している。麺は細めのストレートでプリッと歯応えが良いが風味は薄め。豚のチャーシューは締まった肉と脂がジューシー。鶏チャーシューは燻製の香りで美味い。煮卵は硬めで醤油味がガツンと強い。玉ねぎはさっぱり感より水っぽさを感じた。
序盤のニンニクの香から脂のコクの鶏白湯と、コッテリと味わう一杯。
