こちらのお店は広域公園前、ﾊﾟｰｸﾌﾛﾝﾄ内にあるﾗｰﾒﾝ屋。
初めて行く人は広島ﾄﾖﾀや広島ﾄﾖﾍﾟｯﾄを目指していくとわかりやすいと思います。
つけ麺がお勧めらしく、並盛り、中盛り、大盛り、特盛り ALL７８０円です。
隣のお客さんの大盛りが、かなりのﾎﾞﾘｭｰﾑでしたので中盛りを注文しました。
肝心の味は、つけ汁の魚介系の味が半端ないくらい効いています
少し酸味が感じられ醤油ﾍﾞｰｽのつけだれとの相性もﾊﾞｯﾁﾘ。
むしろ魚の風味がちょっときつすぎるかと思ったくらいですが、
まもなく醤油やﾁｬｰｼｭｰの味とも馴染んできました。
麺は極太でかなりｺｼがあります。むしろ硬いといった印象さえうけます。
この個性的な麺がこれまた個性的な魚介系のつけだれと合い、食欲がかきたてられます。
気がつけば中盛りのつけ麺はあっという間でした。
大盛りにしたほうがよかったかも。
店内はｶｳﾝﾀｰのみのｵｼｬﾚな雰囲気です。
これはﾘﾋﾟｰﾄ決定ですね。
