所用のついでに行ってみる事に。
前から気になっていたお店。
たかのばしにある周月が好きで結構通っているがこちらどうかなと。
注文したのは初報なのでやっぱりつけそば 中盛 950円。
5分でつけ出汁、6分で麺が到着。
出汁のベースは周月と同様で酸味の効いた魚介醤油。
が、こちらの方が酸味がちょっと強い印象。
全粒粉の入った麺は結構な小麦の香りにしっかりした弾力にモチモチ感もあってかなり美味い。
好みでは指折りだろう。
〆のスープ割りはこちらはスタッフさんに渡して注いでもらうタイプ。
周月はポットでセルフのスタイルなので少し違う。
油そばは現在近くの別の場所になってみたい。
たぶん以前はシマヘイがあった場所だと思う。
限定麺や火曜日はうどんの日もあってまた行きたい。
週末なら機会があるのだが平日はちょっと無茶しない限り無理かな。
