この日は「マツコの知らない世界」の「ラーメンメンマの世界」で紹介された『周一』さんにお邪魔しました
元々人気店ですが、テレビで紹介されたので行列やばそうかなと1時間半前に到着でPPゲット✌️
開店11:30には平日でも長い行列が出来てました。
カウンターはパーテーションで仕切られてます。
カウンターに着席してからオーダー。
つけそばとメンマをダブルで

噂のメンマは別皿提供です。超旨そうです
☑️つけ汁
酸味がしっかり効いた魚介出汁のつけ汁は後味さっぱり✨酸味が強めなので好き嫌いは分かれそうかな(個人的感想)
☑️麺
北海道産石臼挽き小麦を中心に全粒粉配合の自家製麺。麺はツルシコ食感のしっかりした歯応えと小麦の風味が強いのが特徴
☑️トッピング
チャーシュー、メンマ、青葱。
メンマ美味しいですね…しっかりした歯応えと独特の風味で、これをつまみにお酒飲みたくなる
2022年にはメンマ最高職人賞も受賞されてるそうです
スープ割りで完飲…酸味で後味さっぱり。
