Visited after a long time
I ordered a large serving of 400g of tsukesoba for 1,000 yen. Both the noodles and the soup were served hot. Tea is self-service. There is only one Japanese-style toilet for both men and women. The meal is served about 7 minutes after ordering. The dipping sauce comes first. When you smell it, you can smell the vinegar and fish powder. The noodles are about 3mm thick and slightly flat with a slight curl. The dipping sauce is a little sour, but you won't choke when you slurp it. Is there fish meat at the bottom of the dipping sauce? There are probably plenty of pieces of bonito flakes at the bottom. It is recommended to mix it well before eating. The dipping sauce has a moderate sourness while condensing the flavor of the fish, making you want to eat it. It was delicious, but the normal version had a little less toppings and I felt unsatisfied. I would like to try toppings next time. Sorry, I didn't check if there were toppings available.

今回はトッピングを全部乗せしました。
メンマ、煮卵が200円、ネギが120円。全部乗せ520円。
写真のようにトッピングにしては量が多いです。
どういうバランスで食べればいいのか
メンくらいました。つけ麺だけに…。
個人的には2人でシェアがベストな量だと思います。
半分の量で半分の価格があるといいなと思いました。
半分ずつ残すのはどうももったいなくて全部投入してしまいますよね…。
肝心の味ですが、メンマがいい感じの食感で単調になりがちなつけ麺にアクセントを加えてくれます。デフォルトの鉢にも入っているのですが、それだけだとちょっと少ない。
やはり2人で行くのが吉です。
