つけそば大盛り400g 1000円を注文。
麺、汁ともに温かい「あつもり」にしました。
お茶はセルフサービスとなります。
御手洗いは男女共用の和式便器一つのみです。
提供は注文してから約7分。さきにつけ汁が来ます。
匂いを嗅ぐと酢と魚粉の香りがツンと来ます。
麺は3mmほどの少し縮れのあるやや平たい麺。
少し酸味のあるつけ汁ですが、啜ってもむせることはないです。つけ汁の底に魚の身？多分カツオ節の端っこの方かながたっぷり沈んでます。よく絡ませてから食べるのがおすすめです。
魚の旨みが凝縮されていながら、程よい酸味のあるつけ汁が箸をすすませます。
美味しいのですが、ノーマルでは少し具が少なくて物足りなさを感じました。次回はトッピングしてみたいなと振り返ります。トッピングがあるかどうかは確認してませんでしたすいません。
