普段は《鉄板食堂 バレーナ》です。
毎週水曜と日曜の11:30〜15:00は《広島ラーメン十五屋》さんになります。
去年までは日曜17時からしかやってなかったのでランチ人としてはありがたい。
《ザ ラーメン》（私はザラーと言ってました）の味を引き継いでらっしゃると伺って興味しんしんでした。
『元祖花びらチャーシューメン（1280円）』
注文です。
待つ事10分でした。
おぉー！
懐かしきフォルム。
一口目は麺から。
味が染むタイプのストレート。
この麺は硬めよりも普通くらいが良い。
味が薄いかなと思ったところにしっかりした塩味染みるチャーシュー。
ザラーの時より厚めです。
脂身トロトロでこれはご飯がいる。
『ライス（150円）』
追加しました。
真ん中のネギの下には茹でモヤシが。
メンマはいづこ？と食べ進めるとメンマではなく太めのキクラゲが入っていました。
こちらの店主さんのアレンジですね。
麺を早々と食べ終え、チャーシュー&ライスのエンドレスを楽しむ。
チャーシューの塩気がうまい具合にスープに溶け出し食べ進めているとどんどん美味しくなります。
たまに顔を出してくるキクラゲのコリコリした食感も合わさり最後まで美味しく頂きました。
次は塩バター食べたいな。
