PR for restaurants |
[The originator of Hiroshima okonomiyaki] Hiroshima okonomiyaki began at "Micchan Souhonten."
You can find the real taste here at "Micchan". The original Micchan sauce, which was born half a century after the idea for okonomiyaki sauce in 1952, is the key to its deliciousness! All the original |
Although it was out of season, I wanted to eat Oyster, so I told my friend and he introduced me to this restaurant. Originally, I was going to go to Mitchan near Peace Park, but unfortunately it was closed, so I walked to Hatchobori. Although it was lunchtime, I was lucky to be able to get in. First, I ordered Oyster that I wanted to eat. Since it is a Hiroshimayaki restaurant, of course that is the only thing on the menu, but I had Hiroshimayaki at a popular restaurant in Tokyo a long time ago, which was extremely thin and small, yet cost over 1500 yen, and I had a bad impression of it, so this was the first time I had Hiroshimayaki in a long time. I didn't have high expectations, but when it was in front of me, it was quite a large portion. I regretted ordering a beer. When I asked my friend if it was that large, he said it was normal. Anyway, I ate it desperately, but the other people were finishing it off in no time. The sauce and mayonnaise were also Otafuku, so it was a little sweet. It changed my image of Hiroshimayaki and I was very satisfied.
