インディアン（700円）
ランチで訪問。店舗のある２階に階段で昇り、入店するとテーブル席に促されて着席。本日の日替り定食はトンカツとご案内いただいたが、おちらのお店のメインメニューはあんソースパスタ。束になったメニューを確認する中、赤ウインナーやベーコン、ハム、野菜を炒めてパスタに合わせた不動の人気ナンバーワンのミラカンが気になり、お願いしようとした時、重なったメニュー表の下からカレーソースのカテゴリーが出現。これは外せないとの思いから一気に期待度が高まり、カレーソースのスパゲッティであるインディアンをオーダー。
先に来たサラダの小鉢と比較してもかなりの大きさの皿に乗ってインディアンが到着。丸みのある太麺のパスタに、そぼろ玉子とカイワレがのるシンプルな具材ラインナップの中、たっぷりのカレーが注がれておりインパクト抜群。
パスタはもっちりして口当たりが良く、コクのあるカレーのと合わせが堪らなく旨い。カレーは牛すじがたっぷり煮込まれており、柔らかな食感の中に甘味と旨味が広がる。
ちょこんと添えてあるライスの役割が極めて重要で、パスタを食べ終わった後のカレーを全て絡め取り、余すこのなく完食。
