2018.11.1昼２ 醤油とんこつラーメン＋ミニ焼めし…850円
ラーメン専門店ではなく一般的な街中華店だが、2015年に閉店した伝説の店『すずめ』の元店主・関上氏が2016年より在籍。
当然ラーメンも王道中華のそれではなく、クラシカルな広島中華そばを提供しており、3年半ぶりの再会に胸が躍る。
すずめで食べたものより油脂感控えめだが、豚鶏が織り成すやさしくも骨太な旨みのシルエットは健在。
一番印象が異なるのは麺で、もっとしなやかに泳ぐようだったのが、少々カタめの仕上がりに。
基本的には中華料理店なので、その客層に合わせたのかな。
ラーメン好きには少し物足りない感は否めないが、広島らしさを感じるには十分な一杯。
パラパラと軽やかな仕上がりの焼めし、このクオリティならフルサイズで食べるべきだったな。
