Hot and sour noodles (daily lunch) (750 yen) Visited for lunch. Due to the peak hours, the large store was crowded and almost full, but there was only one seat available at the counter, and the staff asked me to slide in and take a seat. The menu includes a choice of set meals such as mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, and double-pot meat, or dandan noodles. While I was a little hesitant, the staff advised me to order the hot and sour noodles or nira leba for the daily special, and after deciding on mapo tofu, I ordered the hot and sour noodles. After a while, a set of salad with raw vinegar of daikon radish arrived. The colorful vegetables such as bean sprouts, chives, cabbage, and carrots are arranged in a good impression, and I immediately enjoy the soup. While the tangy flavor of chili oil spreads through the light base, the taste of vinegar is a bit unsatisfying. It wasn't a problem because I could feel it faintly when I was making the soup, but when I eat the ingredients and noodles, the vinegar somehow disappears. With this, you can't taste the sourness, so by adding table vinegar to adjust the taste, the sourness is distributed evenly. The noodles are medium-thin and straight. The edges cling to the soup, and the spiciness and sourness match the crispness of the vegetables. Not only the taste, but also the staff's friendly customer service will leave you feeling satisfied.
