本日の日替り定食（750円）
ランチで訪問。入って直ぐのカウンターに座りメニューを確認。ランチは白身フライ、和風ハンバーグ、お刺身、海鮮丼などの各種定食のラインナップの中、本日の日替り定食がカキフライとのことでお願いする。するとものの30秒程で到着。めちゃくちゃ早い。
定食はメインのカキフライに鰹のたたき、サラダ、白菜と揚げのお浸し、冷奴、そうめんのお吸い物のセット。
カキフライは３個が俵型に詰まれソースがかかっている。衣はカリッと中サイズの身はふっくらジューシーで磯の香りと海の旨味がジュワッと広がる。とろっとした口当たりも堪らなく旨い。
鰹のたたきは外は歯応えがありつつ中はしっとりとしており、食感の違いを楽しめる。
お椀も味噌汁かと思いきや、そうめんの入ったお吸い物で少し嬉しい気持ちになる。
カキフライが３個に鰹のたたきも付いて、加えてご飯もお代わり無料。提供スピードとともにコスパも半端ない。
メニューをよく見ると「お急ぎの方は日替り定食をおすすめします」と書いてあった。
