一品一品丁寧なつくりを心がけてらっしゃます。
会席なのでコースです。
味付けは、関西でも京都よりです。
素材の味を引き出し様な出汁。
ボリュームは少なめです。

この時節柄、白州の飲み放題は希少かもしれませんね。
