私は結構好きですこういう雰囲気
餃子のお店があると前々からチェックしていたお店でしたが、行ってみるとお店の名前が違うような
でも餃子と書いてあるし、まあいいかと中へ
餃子は１枚頼むとして、他は何にしようかなと
何々、シャー専用赤ラーメン？美味しんぼの山崎さんの得意料理の肉味噌ラーメン？わさび風味のパスタなど
やる気を感じさせる麺類を横目に無難に焼き飯を注文
餃子は一口サイズでタレは酢醤油ではなくてポン酢
個人的には酢醤油にラー油たっぷりが好みなのですが、ポン酢もよく合います
中々美味しい餃子です。もっと大きい方がいいです。
やや濃い色の焼き飯の中にはチャーシュー、葱、玉子が入っており上にはガーリックパウダーが振りかけてあります
レンゲで一口すくってお口に運ぶ
ベチャッという感触、でも問題ありません、こっちへ来てもう慣れました、
広島でどこで焼き飯を頼んでも大体、こんな感じです。
レストラン、定食屋とかで出てくる白飯も他の地域のと比べるとかなり水分が大目のご飯が出てきます
パラパラの焼き飯というのはこちらではあまり評価されないのでしょうか
それはそうとお味はとてもいいです。
ガーリックの風味がレンゲの動きを止まらなくさせます。味も見た目通りの濃い目
私はパラパラ焼き飯派なので、これをフルパワーの中華鍋で宙を舞いながら作られたらシビレていたことでしょう
