和牛A5雌牛は柔らかさと濃厚な旨みと甘みが特徴なので、好き嫌いがはっきりしそえですが、意外と食べやすい
熟成牛舌！これがまた、ジューシーで肉厚なタンで絶品‼️

他にも、サイドメニューもイイ感じで、野菜の新鮮さと肉の旨味が口の中で融合し、贅沢な味わいを楽しめました
