地元を味わうお店です。
その日取れた魚はもちろん、肉料理も地元の料理法で出してくれます。
みそ和えや辛子和えなど、味のバラエティもいい。日本酒の種類も豊富です。
派手な料理というより、その日の美味しいものを食べたいお店ですね。
広島には仕事で何度も行って、正直お好み焼きや牡蠣料理には
食指が動かなかったのですが、美味しい広島を発見できるお店だと思います。
ただし、店員さんは本当にフレンドリーですが、板前さんは仕事一筋な感じでちょっとぶっきらぼう。まぁ、それがいいかんじです。
