Salmon and vegetables with tomato cream sauce (980 yen) I visited for lunch. The restaurant was reserved and calm as it was past peak time. I sat at the counter and checked the menu. The menu is divided into two types: pasta lunch and pizza lunch. For the pasta lunch, you can choose between oil sauce and tomato sauce. In the end, I ordered salmon and vegetables with tomato cream sauce. It arrived on an oval plate with baguette. The salmon was well-filled with plenty of fillet, but the tomato flavor was subtle and there was no creaminess at all. My first impression made me a little unsure, but the taste was delicious. Although I couldn't feel the creaminess in my mouth, the simple base of salt and pepper matched the flavors and textures of the salmon, broccoli, and komatsuna. It was fun to eat while looking for the tomato, which had a slight aroma. It comes with baguette, which is surprisingly tasty, with a nice wheat flavour and a slightly dry texture. It's good to eat as is, but it also goes well with pasta cooked just al dente.
