The grand opening takes place in what seems to be a battleground for office workers to come out for lunch at noon. The rows of shops are lined with popular noodle shops. Since it was the first day of opening, there were a lot of celebratory flowers, so you can tell that it's a good store. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet them on their opening day, so I had a Hamburg lunch made with 100% Hiroshima beef. There are set meals and courses, and I wanted a quick meal, so I ordered the set meal. Although Hamburg wasn't as juicy as meat, it was delicious with simple seasoning. Each grain of white rice is perfectly cooked. I think this is good for restaurants. Red soup stock is also classic taste. The salad was fresh. Hojicha tea after the meal is a good service. The price is over 2,000 yen even for a set meal, so I thought it would be more satisfying if I had the salad on a separate plate and the main grilled vegetables from Hiroshima as a side dish. It was a nice restaurant, so I thought I'd stop by when I wanted to eat Teppan-yaki.
