ベタつくことなく焼き上げた一枚は飲んだ後に最適
店内で目を引く巨大な鉄板は厚さ2cm。この鉄板の上でスタッフが熟練の技をもって焼き上げるお好み焼は、ベタつきのないさっぱり系。甘みを抑えたソースを使っているため、飲んだ後のシメでもさらりと食べられるほどだ。地元客はもちろん、この味を求めて県外から訪れる客も多い。お好み村の「ふみちゃん」の姉妹店としてもすっかりおなじみ。
