ベタつくことなく焼き上げた一枚は飲んだ後に最適
店内で目を引く巨大な鉄板は厚さ2cm。この鉄板の上でスタッフが熟練の技をもって焼き上げるお好み焼は、ベタつきのないさっぱり系。甘みを抑えたソースを使っているため、飲んだ後のシメでもさらりと食べられるほどだ。地元客はもちろん、この味を求めて県外から訪れる客も多い。お好み村の「ふみちゃん」の姉妹店としてもすっかりおなじみ。 |
昼時を避けて行っても多くの人で賑わっているこのお店。流石の人気店です。今回はトッピングは何もつけずにお好み焼きを注文。
味は他店のお好み焼きとは違ってかなりあっさりしています。ソースが控えめになっていてあっさりいただけるのがふみちゃんの特徴のようです。麺はパリパリではないものの生地と共によく焼かれています。削り節も良い味出しています。欲を言えばあっさりのぶん、キャベツやもやしの野菜の甘さが欲しかったなという感じ。個人的にはお好み焼きといったらガッツリ食べたいのでここはそういう気分でない時におすすめですね。
