お友達からお食事のお誘いをいただきひよこ宿にうかがいました。
カウンターのお席に鎮座するとバイ貝の旨煮が出てきました。
綺麗に盛られたお刺身は地だこ・いか・鯛・鮪・サザエ・・・
焼き物の太刀魚が出たところでお店が混み始め木曜日でしたのにカウンター席テーブル席が埋まりお座敷にもお客様が・・・
カウンターからご主人の動きをみさせていただくのも楽しいものです。
忙しくてもご主人と客の距離が近く合間合間で短めの歓談も近づき過ぎず気にかけていただいているのが伝わります。
お待たせしますとお家で栽培された自家製のらっきょ漬けを出していただいたたり友達の我侭をきていただいたりと終始気を配っていただきました。
お喋りをしながらお酒をいただいていましたら出てきました！！鯨のステーキ 私達世代の思い出の味なつかしい美味しい味です。
しめ鯖は生に近い昆布締めで新鮮なお味です。
のどぐろの煮付けは味付けがすっきりしていて良かったです。
天麩羅・うに飯・あさりのお味噌汁以上です。
お出汁がしっかりしているので味わいがあります。
コストパフォーマンスは最高でした。
友達から飲み放題で５４００円と聞いておどろきました。
