広島での夜、小宴会（友人の友人のバースデイパーティ）…7人での利用です。
初めての利用ですが、こじゃれた感じのお店ですねぇ。
お料理は、地元産の素材をふんだんに、とまでは言いがたいけど、極力取り入れたものが多く、美味しい云々の前に「へぇ～、広島にはこんな素材・食材もあるのね。」と、ちょっと勉強にもなります。
で、そんな食材を使ってのお料理は、手の込みすぎることなく、それでもひと手間入れつつ。
一緒に頂く「塩」がいいから、素材も引き立ちますわな。
さらに…スイーツが絶品！！
それだけで、十分に「売り」に出来ると思います。
盛り付けなんかの見た目も楽しげだし、料理もデザートも、特に女性のお客さんには喜ばれるんじゃないでしょうか。
先述のとおり、バースデイパーティとしての利用…そういったところでの融通とか、心遣いとかも十分に行き届いていて、そのあたりも◎でしたね。
料理の単価は決して安くはないのでシーンを選びますけど、使い様によっては「使えるお店」なんじゃないかしらん。

最後にどうしても触れざるをえない…お手洗いについて。
そればっかり言うて申し訳ないけど、ああいう風にしたということは、端っから「ツッコミ待ち」ということですもの…。
そこは全力で、
