7月の備忘録
以前から気になっていたRIVAさんに行ってみました。こちらは様々な形態で飲食店を展開するDDホールディングスの経営です。まず店構えにプチサプライズがあり外観はどう見ても和菓子屋さんでした（こういうサプライズ好みです）。
お食事は事前に予約していたエマニエル リヴァオマージュコース4900円（全17品）をカウンターで頂きました。
こちらは広島の食材を使った懐石コースで一人一皿で提供されますのでこのご時世でも安心です。
廣島赤鶏、広島菜、小イワシ、がんすなどの定番からわにも登場。全てが一工夫されており最後の生菓子と抹茶でワクワクが続くコースでした。
お客さんがガチャガチャとうるさかったりミシュラン☆店と比べれば盛付配膳などレベルは下がりますが価格と雰囲気&サプライズから考えると素晴らしいお店でした。
ミシュラン☆付の店はサラリーマンには厳しいですがたまにカップルや夫婦で行くにはオススメのお店です。
