中区新天地にあるオシャレ系の和食店です。
商業藝術さんの経営で、広島の郷土料理を現代風なアプローチでオシャレに見せているのが特徴です。
ミシュラン広島の掲載店でもあります。
お造り盛合せ
ハモ、シャコ、アジ、イカ、ニシ貝。全て広島近郊で獲れたものだそうです。
1つ1皿に盛り付けられ、それぞれ味付けも変えてあり、そのまま頂けます。
ある日のコース料理です。
とうもろこしの冷製スープと、サザエの氷室仕立て
とうもろこしのスープは見た目から洋風の味を想像して飲んだら、和の出汁がしっかり利いてて、ちゃんと和食の一品として成立していました。
三原名物のタコ天と餅の餡かけ
手作りされたタコ天、この日の1番だったかも。
お造り各種が出てきまして、それから
焼きナスのお浸し、穴子添え
焼き物は太刀魚
ここで、木箱に入った箱寿司が出てきまして「お好きなものをお切りします」との事。
こういうプレゼンテーションが、人気を呼ぶのでしょうね。
せっかくなので、全てのお寿司を盛り合わせにしていただきました。
茶碗蒸し
玉子豆腐のような上品な一品でした。
西条名物の美酒鍋、ぬた和え
お肉料理はもみじ豚
にゅうめん
品数がたくさん出てきますので、男性でもお腹いっぱいになれます。
デザートに、併設の和菓子屋「島々」さんの和菓子と抹茶が出ます。
なんと、おみやげまで付きます。
和食系の広島名物をひと通り味わえますし、おみやげも付くので、県外のお客さまをお連れするのに良いかもしれませんね。
オシャレな雰囲気なのでデートにも使えると思います。
オシャレカフェが好きな人にはピッタリだと思います。
