静岡から旅行で伺うのに、あなごめし、牡蠣、お好み焼きは食べるお店を決めていて、後何を食べよう？と思った時に、折角の広島だから広島らしいお食事を頂きたいな！と思って探していて見つけたお店です。
旅程の中で食べ損ねていた『コウネ』や、『がんす』、来店前日のZIPで紹介された『くわい』が網羅されていたり、飲兵衛の主人は広島の美味しい日本酒を飲み放題にしたので、リーズナブルで飲み比べられたことにご満悦！
飲めない私や母はお水を頂いたのですが、お水も日本酒の仕込み水とこだわりぶり。
お食事はコースをチョイスしましたが、これが大当たり！少量を沢山頂くスタイルで、男性陣には酒のつまみとして。女性陣は美味しく色々な種類が食べられると好評でした。
サーヴィスして下さる方々は皆さんとても朗らかで、酔って陽気になりすぎた父にもよくして下さり、結婚20周年の記念旅行だと伝えると、デザートのアイスに花火を付けて持ってきてくださったり、料理長？までご挨拶に来てくださって。とても心暖まるおもてなしを受けました。
お部屋も掘り炬燵で半個室。他のお客様は気になりません。
和菓子屋さんだけに、デザートの練り切りがまた絶品でした！ご馳走さまでした。
広島に行く際はまたお世話になりたいと思います。
