薬研堀通りを歩いていると飲み放題「10分100円」という強烈なインパクトのある看板があり前から気になっていたお店です。
こちらはビルの2Fにあるかきと水晶焼きがメインのお店のようです。
お店に入り聞いてみると飲み放題「10分100円」は最低60分間使ってもらい、それを超えると10分ごとに100円追加されるという事で一人から可能という事でしたのでお願いしました。
サッポロ生黒ラベル・広島の地酒・ハイボール・スパークリングワイン・焼酎・梅酒・チューハイ・赤白ワインと飲み放題のお酒も豊富です、これはすごい!
飲み放題は自分で注ぎに行くのですがこれもまた楽しい。
料理は「焼ガキ」と大山どり「レバ刺」を注文しました。
大山どり「レバ刺」は低温調理されたものでしたが見た目からおいしいそうです、食べても勿論おいしい。
レバー好きならあれば必ず食べたい一品です。
「焼ガキ」は時期的にまだ早い上に今年は成長が遅いそうです、こちらはやはり時期によって違いがあるので3月、4月、5月と段々大きくなるそうです。
次に食べたのは食べてみたいと思っていた「世羅みのり牛」のフィレステーキ150gです。
本日のおすすめに「世羅みのり牛」のマルのステーキがあったのですがフィレ好きの私はあえてフィレステーキ150gにしました。
