こちらのお店はセルフで10分100円(税込み110円)飲み放題がウリなんだけど、料理も美味いよ。あと店員さんの手際の良さが凄いよ。飲み放題のシステムについては後述。

■ロケーション
堀川の飲み屋街の中にあります。マンションなのかビルなのか・・・の二階部分にあります。一階は花屋さんです。
■外観
ビルの二階なので外観といってもあまり特徴はありませんが、看板の「空」が目印。あと牡蠣のキャラクターかな。あと角地になる隣の建物にも大きく看板が出ているのでロケーションの地味さをカバーしていて分かりやすいと思います。
■店内雰囲気など
店内はカウンター６席ほど。テーブル席はもろもろ含めて公称40という感じ。最初は常連さんが多い感じでしたが時間と共に賑わってきました。要予約です。当日は予約なければ入れない感じ。雰囲気的には屋台風でいいのかな。
あと店員さんが凄い。何が凄いって水晶焼きの御守を全テーブル店員さんが直接やってるのだ。焼肉屋みたいに肉を出して後はご自由に・・・ではない。火を入れて焼いて蓋していぶしてフランベしてお食べくださいってとこまで焼の面倒を全部見てくれている。それもオーダーした全テーブル。そして店員さんは二人。もうぶったまげの境地だ。その旨お話しすると・・・普段はね・・・とやっぱり繁閑差があるようなお話が。これホントどの業種も悩ましいとこだ。
■料理など
飲み放題は
スタートして最低60分は飲んでいただいて、後は10分110円で好きなだけって感じ。飲み放題はやめるけど店では食べ続けますって選択はできないので、一度始めたら居る時間だけ加算されていく。話題にはなるし長っ尻は防げるしドリンクサーブに店員の手は取られないしと中々考えられたシステムだなと思う。ここのお店はそういう点でも凄いと感じた。
でお料理ですが、とりあえず牡蠣メニューで生・焼き・フライを全部頂く。全部美味くて満足。似島堀口海産のものらしい。江田島と広島の間にある島だ。まあ全部美味いとか当たり障りないコメントはダメか。あえて言えば焼きかな。
もう一つの推しである水晶焼き。文字通り鉄板の代わりに水晶で焼くわけですが煙があまり出ず焦げ付きにくい。無駄な脂はたっぷり排出され頂いたのは大仙鶏のハツ・フリソデ(カルビ)・セセリ。
もう一度いいますが、これをそれぞれ一品ごとに店員さんが焼いてくれるんです。美味いですよぉぉ。フランベなどは後日動画にしますかね。
飲み放題はビールについては空港のラウンジと同じシステム。種類は黒ラベル樽生とSORACHI1984。飲み放題オーダーしなくても結局陰店員さんがここから継いでいきます。あとハイボール、各種サワー、日本酒などのラインナップもあります。
この店でこの内容で今食べログで3.21だって低すぎる。
