広島のボッチ旅の夜にお伺いしました。事前に食べログで予約して、メニューも確認してから、いざ突入。
カウンターの左端に案内され、まずは赤星を注文。カウンターの右端にあった黒板メニューを撮影して、それを見ながら、色々と考えます。
広島ということで、焼き牡蠣２個と刺し盛りを注文。お通しの３点盛りを頂きながら、しばし待ちます。
この日の刺し盛りは、小皿で３皿別々に提供されましたが、その間が１０分くらい開いており、かなり手持ち無沙汰。この日は他に赤ウニを半枚注文してますが、とにかく料理の提供スピードが遅すぎて、１時間２０分ほどいたにも関わらず、日本酒がグラスで２杯と珍しく酒が進みませんでした。
料理が旨く、日本酒の品揃えもいいだけに、満席とはいえ残念に思えました。
ちなみに、お会計は１万３千円弱・・・場所的なものもあると思いますが、さすがに高いでしょ
