土曜の夜に夫婦で訪問。事前予約時にかわはぎは特に時間がかかるので事前にとのことだったので軽い気持ちで依頼してました。かわはぎ生ちりだけかと思ってたらまさかのフルコース。ハラスの炙り、エンガワ、そしてメインの生チリ、カマ唐揚げ、締めの雑炊。特に生チリの肝の新鮮さと旨さが他ではない。そもそもかわはぎのものが違う感じです。その他牡蠣とうなぎもいただきましたが、苦しくなるほどの量でした。ビールも日本酒もハイクオリティ。結構な金額ではありました。
