Plum course (all-you-can-drink included) (5,500 yen) Visited for a drinking party. Enter restaurant by climbing the stairs to the second floor. I made a reservation, and was guided through the counter seats in front of the entrance, and then to a table seat in the back left. We ordered the plum course, which included all-you-can-drink, and it started as soon as we were seated. First, I ordered a draft beer, and then the three types of appetizers, jellyfish ponzu sauce, boiled oyster shellfish, and handmade tofu arrived. While enjoying the crunchy texture of the jellyfish, the chewy and juicy umami-filled oyster shellfish, and the fine texture of tofu sprinkled with salt, I quickly refilled my beer. Next was an assortment of sashimi. The set of seared bonito, grilled mackerel, wild sea bream, amberjack, and ground octopus are all fresh, delicious, and delicious. Just as I was enjoying the richness and sweetness of the sesame tofu, the boiled rockfish arrived. The deliciousness of the small but plump flesh matches the sweetness of the warishita. The lotus roots, white onions, and tofu that come with the dish are fully flavored and have the best taste. Grilled red chicken goes great with yuzu pepper.
