The core of shoulder loin, ``Specially Selected Kuroge Wagyu Beef Loin (Zabuton),'' is a rare part that can only be harvested from a single cow at around 10kg. Enjoy its soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. In addition, we offer two types of sauces for Yakiniku (Grilled meat): a rich miso sauce and a slightly sweet soy sauce sauce. Enjoy it with our special homemade sauce. We also have a wide variety of a la carte dishes that are unique to our restaurant, such as ``Ajibi-style cheese dakgalbi'' made with Japanese beef short ribs.
