Kurahachiyaki, each piece of which is lovingly grilled on a hot iron plate, is a recommended menu item where you can enjoy the unique taste of our restaurant! A raw egg is placed on top of crispy fried noodles, and surrounded by plenty of green onions, giving it a slightly different flavor than the Hiroshima style, which uses fried eggs before wrapping them. As you eat the green onions and raw eggs, the eggs will gradually cook through, giving you a delicious experience from the first bite to the last. We also offer a variety of toppings such as melted cheese.
