We offer a course consisting of 9 types of gorgeous Small dish and a la carte dishes such as seasonal sashimi and grilled dishes. Among the five types of plans available, the ``4,000 yen course'', which includes Tempura made with seasonal ingredients, is highly recommended. In addition, the earthenware pot rice included in the course uses fluffy and sweet Yukiwakamaru rice. It comes with a red egg, salmon roe pickled in soy sauce, and pickles, but we recommend the Maldon salt. You can enjoy the salty taste and the sweetness of the rice.
Food Cold ponzu jelly made with carefully selected ingredients such as egg rolls and Oyster are also available.
One of the attractions is the one-dish cuisine created with carefully selected ingredients. The "Honbobushi Rolled Egg," which is a red egg purchased from Mukaihara Farm and finished with the broth of Honbobushi, which is also said to be the finest bonito flakes, is a luxurious dish topped with grated radish, salmon roe, and shaved flakes. The flavor that spreads in your mouth and the fluffy texture are irresistible. We also recommend the "Oyster Cold Ponzu Jelly" using the brand Oyster "Kakikomachi" that is packed with meat.
