The pork we use at our restaurant is the precious Shikano Kogen pork, which was only available in a limited area. They are raised in a place rich in nature with careful attention to feeding and breeding methods, and are characterized by their cherry-colored, slightly sweet, soft, and juicy flesh. Carefully selected vegetables are also fresh. Please enjoy shabu shabu with the flavor of pork with our homemade sesame sauce.
