広島の締めは「大漁酒場魚樽本店」、店頭に大きな看板が掛かってるので歩いていてもすごく目立つうえ、お店の入り口はまるで魚屋のようにとろ箱に入った地魚が、店内にも大きな生簀がいくつもあって、活きのよさそうなお魚が泳いでいます。
焼魚は店頭の炉で焼いてるみたいで周辺にはいいにおいが漂っていて、思わずお店の中に吸い込まれます。
こちらは、店頭のメニュー。
今日は、たらふく牡蠣料理をいただいたにもかかわらず、豊富な牡蠣料理を見たからには、もういただくしかありませんね。
さっそく、「焼牡蠣」をいただきました。
殻をあけると磯の風味がぷふぉ〜んと、口に入れるとうっすらとした苦味と旨味がじんわりと。
生牡蠣もいいですが焼牡蠣もはずせませんね
牡蠣は「海のミルク」って呼ばれますが、口に入れたときの感触はミルクのようですね。
本当は、栄養を豊富に含んでいるため「海のミルク」って呼ばれているそうですが。
引き続き、「牡蠣の土手焼」。
濃厚そうですが、いただくと甘くて、そうくどくないんですね。
お酒には良く合いますね。
牡蠣もたくさんいただきました。
趣向を変えて「目張の煮付け」。
最後に、なぜか？「酒盗」。
