広島でいいお店でばんご飯をいただきました。ただ、一つ難点があり、場所が流川、ソープランドの真ん前。女性と訪問したためちょっときまづい雰囲気。でも、食事をいただくとロケーションのことはすっかり忘れ、料理を楽しめました。
まず頼んだのは、名物料理の「ウニクレソン」。噂どおりの美味。ウニがいい味出してます。クレソンに絡まり、まったりとした濃厚な味。後で、「白ワイン」を頼みましたが、初めから頼めばと後悔。
ここからは、牡蠣づくし。「牡蠣の蒸し焼き」は、牡蠣の濃厚な味が蒸しあげられることで凝縮されます。野菜との相性もいいですね。
「牡蠣バター」。今度は焼き物です。なんと牡蠣のクリーミーなこと。広島牡蠣を堪能できました。
〆は、「お好み焼」。なんと巨大なこと！普通の2倍はあります。カリッとした焼きそばが焼き込んであり、ボリューム満点。お腹いっぱい。
もうこれ以上食べられないです。
大満足で店を後にしました。
