I was curious after reading the reviews, so I decided to use it for a drinking party with my seniors. Menu: * Appetizer - Crunchy salad with potatoes * Pickled firefly squid * Sashimi (tataki sea bream, bonito, etc.) (yellowtail, salmon, shrimp, etc.) *Fried oysters (with tartare) *White grilled Oyster eel *Ochazuke sea Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)*Beer *Sake (scent of the island) I had never eaten firefly squid, so I wanted to try it, so I requested it. Other was decided by my senior and ordered. I was planning on trying the firefly squid, but I wasn't good at it. I was appalled by the disgusting squid that came out the moment I bit into it...It's not a cooking issue, it's a matter of my taste. Therefore, the taste was really delicious. It went well with the sake. All the sashimi were thick and filling, and all of them were soft and easy to eat. Personally, I like seaweed called sea crystal as a substitute for tsuma. I really liked eating processed products, seared bonito, and shiso together. I'm thinking of buying it when I eat sashimi at home. Crunchy and crunchy? The fried Oyster were delicious and of course they tasted good, but they also looked good. I was excited when they put tartare inside Oyster shell. It was actually my first time trying conger eel.It was fluffy and soft, with just the right amount of sweetness.Of course it wasn't hard, but the more I chewed, the more I felt the sweetness. I want to order the grilled conger eel next time. The last dish, the sea Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)in ochazuke, is my favorite! I want to come just to eat Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)! I would like to say simple is the best, but the rice, soup stock, mitsuba, and sea bream were all perfect in my opinion. It's definitely the best Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)I've ever eaten (*´꒳`*) I was happy ♡ There are 4 types of condiments available, so it looks like you can have a lot of fun with them.Next time, I'm determined to try all 4 types.Alcohol ranges from local sake to alcohol from outside the prefecture, and I've tried many different types of condiments. I got the scent of the island that I didn't have before. It's sweet and easy to drink, but it's not too sweet and it's refreshing, so I liked it. I think I'll buy it for myself...I think it's nice to drink it leisurely at home. It doesn't seem to make you feel sick. It had a great taste. This time I mainly ate fish, so next time I would like to try meat and finish with sea bream Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea).
