It is Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) store located on the second floor of the Across 1 building in Ko-cho, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City, a short walk from Koden Ginzancho Station. Its predecessor was "Jidori to Sakanazaku" (closed at the end of 2023), which was relocated and opened as "Toriyamamoto" in January 2024. The atmosphere inside the store is like a Japanese Cuisine store with a classy counter. There seems to be a private room in the back. You can choose the course from 3 kinds of Oumi local chicken, Nagoya cochin chicken and Omi salmon. As before, we purchase free-range chicken from Kawanaka Kashiwa (Shiga Prefecture). This time, I made a reservation for the Nagoya Cochin main course (10,000 yen including tax) starting at 19:30. The food I received was as follows. If Hiroshima's first 100 famous yakitori restaurant were to appear, it would be this one! I have such high expectations!
