まず、普段はこういう高級店には行かないのですが、今日は友人に招待され行ってきました。私はこういう場所が初めてだったのでとても緊張しましたが、シェフの気さくな振る舞いによってすぐに和み、料理を楽しむことができました。
ここは鉄板のカウンターが４ブロックあり、それぞれシェフが付きっきりで焼いてくれます。サラダ、前菜、ご飯、味噌汁、漬け物、海鮮焼き、野菜炒め、そしてビーフと…ビーフは何㌘で何牛かは解らなかったですが、サイコロよりも大きなブロック体がレア気味で焼かれ、美味しくいただけました。 肉質や料理についての評価は贔屓目で見てます☆
この日は友人と昔を語り合って、楽しい１日となりました。
