業界の会合が広島のリーガロイヤルホテルであり、早めに着いてこちらのお店でランチをいただきました。
宿泊もこのホテルだったので、チェックインタイムにはずいぶん早かったのですが、荷物を預けようとフロントに行くと既に準備ができている部屋があるということで、チェックインすることができました。その際に宿泊者向けの15％割引券をいただき、ホテル内でお昼をいただくことにしました。
入口を入ると左右に鉄板カウンターがあり、そのひとつに案内していただけました。
なにわステーキランチ(3,993円)にガーリックライス（+787円）と生ビールをお願いしました。
まずはサラダと和牛と牛蒡の煮込み。生ビールのつまみに最適です。
目の前の鉄板で焼き野菜と肉＆フォアグラが焼かれていきます。
お肉は２種類の岩塩と藻塩、ポン酢でいただきます。超柔らかで肉本来の味がしっかりしています。
いろいろ試してみましたが、藻塩とフライドガーリックの組み合わせが僕には1番美味しく感じました。
フォアグラはカボチャのムースにトリュフのソース、カボチャの甘味にトリュフの香りがいい感じです。
ガーリックライスにはジャコと大葉が入っており香りも良くて美味しくいただくことができました。
デザートは鉄板カウンターからソファ席に移って、ビュッフェ形式でいただきます。
フルーツからケーキ、アイスまで６種類もありましたが、これ以上食べると会議中に寝ちゃいそうだったので珈琲ゼリーだけにしておきました。
