鉄板焼なにわサロン・デュバン2013
先日、いちごとリーガのワイン会に参加しました
鉄板焼なにわ
本日のメニューとワイングラスを見るだけでワクワク
乾杯はスパークリング
いつもきめ細やかな泡がうまく写真で撮れないんですけど
今回、少し撮れた気がします
「前菜」
えだ豆のナントカ
不覚にもメニュー表、なくしちゃいました
「かぼちゃのサラダ」
アイスクリームのコーンの下にあるのがカボチャ
オシャレだね
「サラダ」
ドレッシングがクリーミーで美味しい
「ガスパチョ」
色はトマトって感じですが
飲んだらピクルス
ちょっと酸味が効きすぎカナ
お魚料理に入るので白ワインが出てきました
ちょっとお料理を食べてる雰囲気を
なかなかいい感じでしょ
一番端っこの席でしかもいちごのとなりは
空席というゆったりとしたお席でした

このパイ生地とソースがとてもマッチ
やっぱり美味しいなぁ
お肉料理の登場ですね
赤ワインが出てきました
宣材写真にできそうなお肉の登場
うしろの山葵のみどりも鮮やか
もう1本、赤が出てきました

大好きなガーリックチップは多めに
「お肉」
美味しいお肉は塩と山葵とガーリック
「おみそ汁」
御飯はひじき入りのガーリックライス

今回の鉄板焼きもとても良くて大満足
去年、こちらで集まってボジョレー会したんですけど
今年もそういうイベントがあれば良いなぁ
