海鮮丼並（1,320円）
ランチで訪問。靴を脱いで鍵をかけるタイプのロッカーに入れ、店員さんの案内に促されてカウンターに着席。眼前には大きな生簀があり、多くの種類の魚が優雅に泳いでいる。その中でメニューを確認し、海鮮丼の並盛をお願いする。
並サイズだが、丼の淵からはみ出たネタ盛りがインパクトあり。周囲にカンパチ、サーモン、真鯛、ハマチが各２枚ずつ、センターにはボイル海老とイクラ、玉子焼きに大葉、ガリが配置されている。
醤油に山葵を溶きながら、まずはカンパチを刺し身の状態でいただく。サクサクぷりぷりな食感と甘味が広がって格別のおいしさ。サーモンも柔らかくトロッとした口当たり。真鯛はサクッと、ハマチは脂がのった甘味が広がり、新鮮な魚の旨味を堪能。弾けるイクラの食感もいい感じ。
山葵醤油を丼に回し入れると、酢飯と各種ネタの味わいがマッチしてしっかり旨い。
ガリで口直しをしつつ完食。並サイズでもおいしさを楽しめることができて大満足。
