I found a beer brewery operated by a local brewer, hiroshimaneighborybrewing, near the prefectural office and Peace Park in the downtown area of Hiroshima City, and put it on my list. I came to the restaurant once and found it full, so I made a reservation for a later time and after spending some time in the neighborhood, I revisited the restaurant and found a seat. Hiroshima Hinode Lager (L size 1,155 yen) Misty Ginger Pale Ale (L size 1,188 yen) Hondori West Side Classic IPA (L size 1,155 yen) Midsummer Night's Yuubai (L size 1,320 yen) ・Aged Hiroshima Takamiya chicken fried chicken wings (836 yen) ・Overflowing fluffy eggs Grilled burger (770 yen) ・Fish & chips (1,408 yen) We ordered a number of interesting meals and paid a total of just under 8,000 yen. The Hinode Lager we chose as our first beer was a good thirst-quenching, sharp, and ideal for the first order. The first beer can make a big difference in your impression, so I thought this one was the right choice. The pale ale I ordered with this beer had just a hint of ginger, but I was sure that it was also well brewed and tasted good. The fried chicken arrived after a few drinks and was served in three large cuts. The chicken is tender and easy to eat, perhaps because it has been aged, and the preparation seems to have been done well, so the flavor is good without being too strong. At first, I did not intend to eat too much, but after eating this, I decided to order more beer and food. The next dish arrived with an egg sticking out of the bun Hamburger, and I could taste the mayonnaise-based sauce, which was high in calories but tasted quite good. The fries and veggies were also served with the dish, which was better than the price. The IPA has a malty flavor that is consistent, if not typical of IPAs. The Midsummer Night Yuubai is a summer weizen brewed with Daisen G Beer from the neighboring prefecture of Tottori. As a result, fish and chips were the last thing I ate in Hiroshima, and while they are definitely the best choice next to a beer, they too are well oiled and easily crisped up and eaten like a light meal. Fried food The restaurant is very popular, and I would like to drop by again if I ever go to Hiroshima again.
